2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate Mesa, communicate with users, process access, and protect the service.
- Email or message content you send to us directly.
- Email signup data submitted through the website, including the submitted email address and basic technical metadata such as time, IP address, and user agent where captured by the hosting function.
- Basic website logs and security metadata provided by hosting infrastructure.
- License access data such as anonymous license/account identifiers, edition numbers, device install identifiers, device public keys, entitlement status, activation timestamps, and abuse-prevention status.
- Payment and billing information handled by Paddle when you buy Mesa access.
3. Information We Do Not Collect By Default
Mesa does not upload your local documents by default. We do not store your payment card details. Payment card processing is handled by Paddle and its payment processors.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide license access, respond to support requests, send requested product updates, maintain security, prevent abuse, process refunds and payment disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve Mesa.
5. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers for hosting, email capture, support, analytics or logs, payments, tax handling, and fraud prevention. Current or expected providers include Paddle for payment and buyer support, the website hosting provider, and Google Sheets or equivalent storage for email signup records.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required for payment/access operations, to comply with law, to enforce policies, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer involving Mesa.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, account/access records, payment compliance, security, and legal obligations. Email signup records can be removed on request where legally and operationally possible.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of personal information where applicable law gives you those rights. You may unsubscribe from non-essential product emails by contacting us or using any unsubscribe mechanism provided.
